I can’t login to my acct. I understand that arlo discontinued the 7 day free access. The arli packaging clearly states that the product comes with free 7 day access to camera images. I’m thinking of filing a class action law suit to resume this service. Any takers with me ?

Legacy cameras (Pro, Pro 2 and some others) were sold with free 7-day cloud storage, and Arlo still provides that.

Arlo stopped offering this with new camera models back in 2018.  The Pro 4 was not sold with free cloud storage, and the packaging DOES NOT say that it has that feature.

Can you confirm that you have Pro 4 cameras?

My system is the old pro 2, I’ve had it for many years.

i lost access to my cameras just a few weeks ago.

Can you still log into your account?

Yes, I can login in, but I can only see my profile info.  When I click on 'access cameras', it only shows the ARLO logo.

Are you doing this from my.arlo.com?  Or using the app?

If you are using the browser, is this on a PC?  Or are you using a tablet or phone?

Also, is this the primary account?  Or are you perhaps using a "friend" account?

FWIW, I don't have an "access cameras" choice in either the app or my.arlo.com.  I'm using the "Feed" interface (seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard", but not "Library").  But I don't recall that menu option in "Library" either.

I'm going to check one last item, my Safari (MAC) version.  I'm an old techie, I'll let you know the results.

Greatly appreciate your assistance.
