Charged my pro 4 that has worked fine previously, wouldn’t go back online after charging removed device and tried to reinstall now the flashing blue led just times out when searching. I have eero wifi 6 router tried pausing 5ghz network but still won’t connect nothing has changed so can’t understand what is happening. Have tried holding sync button and removing battery

When you tried the reset process, did you hold the button for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber?
