Camera is very difficult to open, I have to use and ice pick. It does not seem to get better the more its opened?
App is hung up in firmware update for over an hour. ben at this easy set up for 5 hours now and it's not getting better.

If you close and reopen the app, does the update show complete?

The camera downloaded and I got it to work , honestly I'm not sure what changed other than starting over for 3 times?
Maybe my reception? It was a cloudy stormy day.
As for the camera opening easier -no, it has not improved but I will make it work for what I have invested in it.

Try putting some silicone grease on the O-ring.
