Does anyone else have issues updating their firmware? I've had two Pro 4 cameras for a year and its always a struggle to update the firmware. Not that I get failure messages, just that it goes through the process... and then... I need a firmware update. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't for the fact that you can't use the camera unless it updates. This is a terrible feature.
In terms of troubleshooting, I have reset the camera a number of times, added it with no issues, and it is fully charged and next to my wifi router. I do not have a base station. Grateful for any thoughts.

Typically, the camera will update firmware automatically overnight. Do you usually have this issue after an automatic update?

thanks James. Eventually it did update but not so much overnight more as me hitting 'Update'. So this is now closed but I don't feel there is a great solution.
