Pro 4 charging problems

New here…. Does anyone have problems with pro 4 charging?  As in it doesn’t.  I go to support and go thru the seps they suggest. Finally starts charging but I have to do it all over aging next time. Started in April this year. Hadn’t had any problems before then.

Try cleaning both sides of the magnetic connection with denatured alcohol to see if that helps. While you're doing that, carefully check the contacts for any signs of corrosion, dirt buildup, etc.
