all 4 cameras off line at once for no reason, base blinking amber. called internet provider they say it is online. call arlo tech and they had me remove base and readd it. Blue light is on base but it finds NO cameras. Ready to toss all Arlos into the TRASH!!!!!!! have spent entire day trying to connect them again. Should have hired ADT

DId you remove all devices when you re-did the base?
Others have had issues trying to onboard legacy (Pro 2 and older) devices recently but the Pro 3 and 4 ones should be fine. WHat base do you have? DId you also reset it?

Arlo man had me reset the base which is VMB4500, he never said to remove the cameras first. I have been able to get the Pro 4 back up but not the Pro 3 or the two pro 2s. I have tried on my cell and the desktop, on the cell I did a check on the 3 cameras and it says 2.4 GHZ is not detected will not connect to base. These cameras have worked for years no problem all of a sudden one night the base lost power. Ready to toss them all in the dumpster.

Are the problem cameras still in the account?
Did you try the hardware reset on the Pro 3? Open the camera housing, and hold down sync until the camera LED blinks amber - about 15 sec.

I did that and still will not connect, called Arlo and was on hold for 31 minutes while he transferred me to someone else and got no one. Im really ticked off. one camera out of 4 works. Arlo support STINKS

yes I have followed all the arlo directions to a T with no success, the arlo pro 3 has been reconnected 4 times today and each time I climb the ladder and put it back up when I get inside it is offline again. Into the trash it goes!!!!!! paid $228.84 in January for a subscription for cameras that do not work......
