I bought an 3 pack of Arlo Pro 4 cameras but cannot get them to connect. I’m able to get through the QR code scan, the cameras chime, but then it just spins trying to connect for several minutes until it times out.

If you did this on the app, then try using a PC (browse to my.arlo.com). Sometimes that works when the app doesn't.
There are some characters in the network name (and maybe password) that have resulted in connection problems. Underscore (_) is one I've seen here, there might be others. Unfortunately, Arlo hasn't provided a list (or better, indicated that they fixed the issue).
