Pro 4 cameras won't connect directly to router

bought package of 3, only 1 of 3 will connect to router. Even with camera directly beside the router. Took them to another location and same headache. These are pieces of junk. How do you actually contact a person at arlo versus a chat with a computer? These are going back ASAP

The camera you onboarded should have a trial subscription. You can use the support section of the app, select that camera. Then you'll see an option for phone support.
Once there, you can talk about the cameras that won't onboard.
