Unable to pay monthly subscription

I’m trying to pay my monthly subscription but when I click on the package it’s saying,
Master plan not assigned on the account, unable to assign supplemental plan.

I’m in Cyprus, I have an old pair of arlo cameras that came with the base station and I’ve never payed a subscription fee for them then I brought the pro 4 which was 3 months free subscription, after the 3 months where up they sent me a plan with 3 choices I chose the cheapest, that was €2.99 a month arlo wanted me to include my other 2 cameras that I’ve never paid a subscription for and that was €12.99 a month, anyway I paid through PayPal that was fine for several months then I had a problem with my pro 4 so I cancelled the payment, it was offline for a month.
I was getting emails from arlo saying they would stop me access to my recording’s if I don’t reinstate my subscription and they did but they also stopped my old cameras to, I told them to reinstate my old cameras and they did, my pro 4 now gives alerts but no video, I’ve now fixed the problem on my pro 4 and tried to reinstate my subscription but that’s where the problem starts I get to the subscription page to pay and it won’t go through I just get a message saying, Master plan not assigned on the account. Unable to assign supplemental plan.
