Pro 4 cameras - one camera stopped connecting

We bought the security bundle and after 2 weeks one camera stopped connecting and we spent hours trying all of the troubleshooting but still never connected. 2 or 3 weeks later a 2nd one stopped . Now we are down to 1 working and 2 that will not connected after working with support and spending hours on them.

Specifically, what have you tried and what do you see? Are the batteries charged? Have you swapped cameras with the working one to see if it's the location or camera? Are you connecting them to a hub or to your router? All details matter.

We made sure batteries were charged, we did put different cameras in different locations and that was not the problem, we added a wifi booster, we checked wifi upload and download speed and no issues there, we unplugged router and all as instructed and tried again, we removed and tried to re install, we tried to completely install on a different phone and do Samsung vs iPhone and followed every other instruction that support gave us.

Since you have the trial subscriptions, use Settings, Support for possible faulty cameras as well as for extra information.
