I need help setting up the system. When I log in it’s say timed out. I can’t log in. Help!

Are you logging in with the app?

If so, have you tried using a PC browser?  Select "Try Another Verification", and then choose email.  That will give you a couple of minutes to get the code in the email.  Then you can go into the profile, and look at the two-step verification setup.
