Hello, I have had my Pro 4 camera for over a year and have a subscription. After recharging this time I have been unable to get the camera to reconnect. I ended up asking the Arlo app to forget the device and then tried to set it up again.
I have followed all of the usual steps advice. Nothing in my WiFi network has changed over the last year other than adding an Arlo doorbell, which also worked before I recharged the Pro 4 camera.
Any suggestions?

I have the same problem
after recharging couldn’t connect.
1. tried forget device and add
2. resync
3. 15 seconds sync button
all these didn’t work. Any suggestions?
also after 15 sec of pressing the resync the light doesn’t glow blue but only amber — any clue

What occurs when you try onboarding the camera again, what are the error messages/led's?

The camera is flashing slow blue while trying to setup (this is before and after scanning the QR code), at this time the app says "Looking for your Arlo Camera".
The app times out and gives its standard error message "No cameras were found". Sometimes--but not always--the camera itself flashes fast orange just before the app times out.

Since the camera is in warranty, I would suggest reaching out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue or initiate an RMA. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
