For several days I've been receiving text notifications indicating that motion has been detected on one of my Arlo Pro 4's. But every time I attempt to access the camera though the dashboard, it indicates that the temp is too low and cannot connect. Thus, despite receiving these motion detection alerts, I am unable to connect to the camera due to the error message indicating low temperature. Other cameras in the area function ok (no low temp alert). Plus, this cam is the only one connected to AC power (which I've confirmed is on). But does anyone know what the issue is and whether there is a remote fix?
Environment: Outdoors, high 40F, low 0F

The cameras shouldn't turn themselves off until -5F but there's variation in the hardware that could cause this to happen as temps approach that point. Have you tried reinserting the battery? Also try using only battery power and then remove the battery so it's only on AC power to see what may happen.

Considering the environmental conditions provided (outdoors, high 40F, low 0F), it's possible that the extreme cold is affecting the camera's performance. The low-temperature error might be a safety feature to prevent damage. In such cases, it's advisable to check the camera's specifications to see if it's designed to operate in temperatures as low as 0F. If the camera is within the specified temperature range and still encountering issues, contacting Arlo customer support or checking for firmware updates may be helpful in resolving the problem remotely.
