Live-streaming does not connect to arlo pro4. did all troubleshooting and reboots and battery changes and now just want to know if there is anywhere i can send arlo cameras to be repaired. it is out of warranty and arlo can't help.

Like most consumer electronics, repair isn't available. However, do you have a subscription which is required for these cameras? If the camera is new, the trial sub may have expired and you'll need to purchase an appropriate sub to maintain the same capabilities as before.

Did you try removing it from the account, and then doing the hardware reset? (Pushing down on sync until the camera flashes amber). Then try adding it back to the account.
