I have 8 Arlo cameras… a mix of Pro 4 and 5S. 3 are outdoors and 5 indoor. The outdoor cameras are all somewhat protected from the weather… under eaves and out of the prevailing weather/wind/rain direction.
I have just noticed that one of these outdoor Pro 4 cameras is now showing a green image. I have checked the camera lens and overall camera, and there was nothing on the lens and nothing visible inside the lens either. What could have caused the lens/image to go green? Unfortunately this camera is out of warranty so nothing that Arlo can do but I will ask them the question… but I thought I would ask here first and see if anyone has had this happen to theirs as well?
TIA,
Garry
P.S. the stepping stones and pebbles to the left are all white.

Before you do the above steps, try moving the camera to another location. It may be that the white balance is off due to the effects of the sun hitting the various objects (especially the leaves nearby). If the white balance is normal someplace else, it's not a camera issue.

Did you try removing the battery and reinserting it?
If that makes no difference, then have you tried a hardware reset?
- remove the camera from your account
- open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds)
- reinstall the camera
