The image of one of my cameras got blurred (as attached). I followed the steps to restart it, with no success. Than as a last resource, I've tried the factory reset, removing the device. But it doesn't read the QR Code so it seems to be a hardware problem.

Assuming you have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera (if you have other Pro 4s, otherwise choose anything else). Scroll down to Contacts to see whether official support can offer an RMA.

Thank you. But, unfortunately, I have no subscription because I am living outside US. The only support Arlo provides me is this community 🙂
