I am trying to contact support but the chatbot says I don't have a subscription even though I am paying full price for pro subscription

I had someone come to my front door the other day and was not alerted by Arlo. When I checked into it, Arlo had just noted it as "motion" so not sent the alert, but there was no mistaking it was a person. I wanted to check why this would happen as it's obviously a concern. In addition I would now like to find out why the chatbot won't talk to me saying I don't have a subscription it's the second time in a row I've had this issue.
