Pro 4 - How do I sync these phones together?

I set up my 3 cameras on my account and they did fine. Then my wife added an Arlo account on her phone, I activated the cameras on her phone, which work, but immediately my app said my cameras appear offline. How do I sync these phones together?

What exactly did you do? 

The process should have been to share your cameras via a "friend" request.
