I have a three pack of Pro 4 cameras. I’ve been trying to connect for months now. No matter what I do, they will not connect.
Things I’ve tried:
Upgraded to faster internet.
Got a new router.
Charged the cameras.
Set wifi to 2.4ghz only with WPA2 security and no special characters.
Turned off cellular.
Ensured there was no VPN.
Factory reset the cameras like 500 times (after each attempt).
Tried to connect from the PC.
Contacted support (who told me my internet wasn’t fast enough initially, then closed the ticket).
You name it, I’ve done it. If you just got these cameras or are thinking about getting them, return them or don’t buy them. It’s not worth it. I feel like I’m losing time off my life with how ridiculously bad these are.

I have the same issue also. We got the 3 pack and all was going well but then our internet connection was lost and we went about 6 months before we decided to fix. We cannot get the cameras connected, they said our smarthub must not be working correctly and we are past the warrenty time.
JUNK....good luck, I would take back.
