Around October 15th I started having 1 camera go offline.  I pulled the battery out, put it back in and that would fix it for a day.  Then after a couple of times of it going offline I did a factory reset of the camera but it was still happening.  Now another camera has gone offline and this one is much more difficult to reach requiring a higher ladder.

My home Wifi network hasn't changed, the signal strength is full, the only change seems to be the app update.

I am finding the Arlo system extremely frustrating as it isn't reliable.  We bought these cameras in June 2023 and have it set up with a basestation.  Things in the beginning worked well and we had no issues but what I've noticed is that we are at the mercy of the app updates.  In June the port forwarding stopped working for iPhone users and we spent months being unable to view the video footage from outside the home network.  They finally got that fixed and now this issue is occurring.

It's one thing to have to access the camera to pull the battery or do a factory reset when the weather is nice but I live in Alberta and we are going into the winter.  Bringing out a ladder, setting it up in the snow to access my cameras on a regular basis is not what I should have to be doing to keep them working.

Is this only occurring with the one Pro 4 device? For trouble shooting purposes, is it possible to bring the camera indoors to see if the offline symptom improves?

When it appears offline, does is appear offline on the web portal on a pc as well?
