Pro 4 Camera not recording

Recently, two of my three Pro 4 cameras have stopped recording videos. I also have a floodlight camera. It has stopped recoding, too. Thinking I had been hacked by scammers I accidentally called thinking they were Arlo support, I reset password and disabled. The lights come on and the camera will live -stream, but not videos are sent to my phone.

Have you checked your subscription status?

Yes, thank you. I even talked with someone from support. Motion is detected, lights come on, but nothing is sent to me. I reactivated the account and added my phone again. Still no notification, no video.

And when you go into the library, no videos are there? Just wondering if this is purely a notification issue, or something more complicated.

 

Also, what phone model?  What version of iOS or Android is it running?
