I have a second home and want to install Arlo there also. Will the Arlo app allow me to add an additional hub? Is there a way to name the hubs so I can select what I want to view? Thanks ahead of time for your help

Yes, you can name both Hubs and cameras.

Just so you are aware: Old cameras (original Arlo, Pro, Pro 2, and some other models) included 7-day free cloud storage. Arlo stopped offering that on new cameras, starting with the Ultra in 2018. So you are going to need a paid subscription to get cloud storage for the new cameras if you purchase Essential, Pro 3, Pro 4, or Ultra models.

No. The subscription applies to the entire account.
Some of the older subscriptions had camera limits, but that is not a concern with Secure or Secure Plus.
