My battery died on my Arlo Pro 4 camera and now it won't connect to the network. I'm using a hero mesh system and I go in and disable the 5 ghz so that it's only 2.4. I make sure and connect to the network on my phone as well. I've done a factory reset I've tried everything and it won't connect. I've never had this problem before and I have never had it with any of my other cameras. I use Android phone maybe there's some sort of setting in there that I'm missing that I needed to change can anybody help?

eero?
If your eero mesh has beacons, turn them off. Also if you have advanced security enabled, then disable it during onboarding.
You can also try onboarding from a PC browser (my.arlo.com).
