Could someone tell me if the batteries need to be fully charged to set up camera system>?

Cloud someone tell me if you scan all three cameras at the same time when setting up system and then continue, or one camera at a time.

They don't need to be fully charged, but it is good to charge them for a while (perhaps an hour), just to make sure they are charged enough.  You don't want the battery to stop working in the middle of onboarding.  After onboarding, you can see the battery status, and charge them up the rest of the way.

You onboard one at a time.  Both the app and my.arlo.com take you through a series of steps for each camera.
