I’m in Ghana and my Arlo Pro 4 cameras were purchased for me from the US. For the past 3 weeks Ive been trying to set up the cameras but the Arlo App cannot synch with the cameras. The camera chimes and the blue light comes on but it cannot get connected. I’ve tried Arlo support several times without success.

Are you connecting to WiFi or a base/hub? Does your router, if using WiFi, use a single SSID for both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands? Is your phone using the 2.4 GHz band? All details and observations are needed.
