Have three Pro 4 cameras, two connected to the Hub, one connect via wifi. worked fine. Changed the wifi router. The hub connected to the new wifi router worked fine. Wanted to connect the 3rd camera to Hub. Followed the instructions to remove the camera from the account, reset the camera then followed the instructions to connect camera to hub. Even with the camera 1 foot from hub, hub could not find the camera. Have attempted this 30 to 40 times. Removed the battery for 1 week, tried again. Read every thread in the community, instructions, no luck. Honestly frustrated with Arlo equipment. Fine when it works. My brother set up google's system in less than 30 minutes, never had these types of issues for 3 years and counting. Hopefully someone has some ideas and not the usual is your hub plugged in, is the battery charged, did you try it on a Friday. Hopefully, there an answer.

Were you trying to onboard the camera from the app? Or were you onboarding it from my.arlo.com on a PC?

Perhaps try another reset for the camera (holding down sync until the LED flashes amber - about 15 seconds).
Might also be worth trying connecting it via wifi again, just to make sure that you can,
