When Arlo emails me a notification, it includes a video frame as a preview -- but it's not the first frame of the video, it's a frame maybe two seconds in.
Is that the way it's supposed to work? Is that adjustable?
The problem is that if, say, a car drives past my camera quicky, the preview frame is not helpful because it shows nothing at all, the car having already passed on the frame it shows me. So I have to play the video to see what tripped the camera, which kinda defeats the purpose of the preview frame.
Please let me know if I haven't explained this clearly, and thanks for your help!

HMishkoff,
It sounds like your camera has the Foresight feature enabled. Take a look here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062053/How-does-the-Foresight-feature-work-on-my-Arlo-camera
The frame shown in the preview image will show when the trigger occurred and the Foresight feature will show a few seconds prior to that trigger in the recording. This isn't adjustable but is working as designed based on what you've described.
