I ran into, and fixed, an issue with setup. I couldn't find the solution elsewhere, so I wanted to post it in case it helps anyone else.
When I was setting up my new Pro 4 cameras and Wired Doorbell using the app, it was having trouble finding/connecting to them. I went through the troubleshooting steps, various forum threads, etc...no luck.
I dug into the settings on my Android phone and realized that a VPN was configured due to me using Google Fi. When I disabled this (Google Fi app -> Privacy & Security -> turn off "Protect your online activity"), I was magically able to connect to my devices.
If you have Google Fi, or are using a device that might otherwise be configured to use a VPN (some workplaces configure this if you use your phone for work; also, if you use Nord/etc on your phone), you should check this setting and temporarily disable it if it's on. This setting will typically be in the VPN app itself, so look there.
I hope this helps.
