I have the Arlo Pro 4, VMB4540. I recently got a USB for local recording so I don't have to have a subscription. I plugged the USB in this morning. When I had left I decided to turn on the Port Forwarding. The status says "Not Available". I read an article for a solution but turning off the WIFI did nothing. After turning Port Forwarding on I can't download the recordings in my library. I get a failed message then another message telling me to check my connection in my settings. My Arlo is at another house and needs a solution before I leave so I can check the recordings when I am away.

Perhaps the hub and/or router rebooted which resulted in the hub getting a new IP address which would break the port forwarding. In your router LAN settings, define a static IP address for the hub so it never changes and set port forwarding up again.
