Phone won't play 2K videos, just Optimized ones - Pro 4...

installed new Pro 4 without any issues, but i cannot play 2k 'Best Quality' videos downloaded to my android phone, only 'Optimized' ones. it just says Unable to play video, codec not supported. but they do play in the Arlo app, and they also play on my PC using VLC. but i want to be able to view them on my phone after downloading them, thanks!

Install VLC on the phone, too.
