My exterior camera/battery went dead. Brought it inside to charge for 2 days now. App is not detecting it being charged. There is slow amber blink at 6 seconds intervals with slow blue blink at 4 seconds interval. It’s been charging inside in warm temperature for over a day. It’s not connected to where my app detects it. Now, I’ve removed the camera from app so I can add it in with factory reset (15 seconds) but the reset button doesn’t work at with the amber blinks. Tried online community solutions like pulling out battery, changing outlets, keeping it warm. Only have the charging cable; it’s cleaned with lint-free cloth. This camera is not even 2 months old. Main use for exterior detection, weather just started to change into fall/winter season (50-60 degree Fahrenheit weather)

First, make sure you're using a 5V, 2A charger. If you have another cable, try using that, too.
While this is for an old camera, the following procedure may or may not help. If it does work, let us know.

BTW, it's a good idea to keep an eye on the battery level and recharge proactively so the battery doesn't completely discharge.

There’s only 1 charger cable that came with this pro 4. No other cables. Even tried putting in another battery from a different camera and it’s still not working, still have the amber light blinking. I’m sure that it’s not the battery at fault. The camera itself is at fault.

If possible, swap at the store. Otherwise, use the app to go to Settings, Support, choose your camera model and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA if within the warranty period.

I’d return the entire set back to store.
