Pro 4 and VMB4540r3 will not connect to HomeKit

I am trying to connect my Arlo system to HomeKit and I am getting an "Accessory Not Found"error in HomeKit.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Power cycled the base station.
Restarted my phone
Restarted my router
Factory reset the base station
I have tried manually adding it through the Arlo App and it never shows up.
I would love to get help solving this issue and thanks in advance.

Sounds like you need a token reset.
The mods here can do it, but it might take a while. If you have a subscription, then you can also use phone support.

@Retired_Member I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:
