I need to return an order placed on the arlo.com website. I have tried five times with blot and chat to connect with the right department to get an RMA without success. The order number is 10303553. The original case number was 42943626. I am not receiving any response from Arlo. The box as received by Arlo was not even opened. I do have an Arlo account and existing subscription. Can anyone suggest a way to obtain an RMA? This is the worst customer support from a company that I have ever experienced. Thank you for your help!
