I'm using the 9.99/month recording feature successfully on 5 of my 6 cameras. The camera that isn't recording was working previously. It continues to issue notifications on my phone but I only get one still image.

Do you have the old smart plan with 5 cams max or have you upgraded the the newer secure plan with unlimited cams for same price? Also have you checked that the 6th cam is active in a plan in the subscription setting.

I have the newer unlimited plan. The errant camera was recording after I signed up but has since quit ÅND does not appear on my camera list for the record feature.

You might need to remove the camera, and then re-add it.

Removal crossed my mind BUT it is still providing alerts and still images so is communicating with my modem-WI-FI. I looked in vain for an "ADD" feature inside the record function.
