Not recording

How come my camera isn’t recording? It happened so many times.

Can you provide more details of your setup, model numbers for cameras, base stations and router.

Also when it happens and what you have tried to resolve it.

The first time, I turned on the smoke/co alarm from the smart notifications setting. I turned it off. It worked. The second time, i forgot what happened but I fixed it. I didn’t change the settings at all. I don’t know what happened for this time. The smart notifications: I turned on people, animals, vehicles , and all other motions

Do you think that the trial subscription has expired? Do you get motion notifications but no cloud recordings.
Can you confirm that the camera can live view and if so record to the cloud library?
