I took a PRO 4 camera down to replace the battery and now I cant get it to reconnect. I go thru the steps and get the chime, but the next screen says "searching for any available ARLO devices" I thought the chime meant that the camera was acknowledged. I've repeated the steps several times with no luck. I had this happen to one other camera that I just stopped using. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

JeanF,
The camera should have automatically reconnected without having to go through the re-onboarding process if you were only swapping out the battery.
If you need to re-onboard, try removing the camera from Settings > My Devices and then factory reset before going through the onboarding process again.
Follow these instructions to factory reset your device: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
