Hi all,
I recently got the Arlo 4 Pro cameras (3 of them). I set up my account and everything is working well for me regarding being able to see all the cameras, video storage etc. However, I'm trying to add another user who lives with me. When he goes to accept the sharing invite by clicking the link in the email, it allows him to proceed with creating an account with the Arlo security app. However, after that, he cannot see any of the cameras. When I go into the settings on my phone, I can see that the request to share is "pending" despite the fact that he has already accepted the request. We've tried a different email address and setting up an entirely different account after clicking the link etc. but nothing has worked. I also have checked that I have a green check mark next to all three cameras indicating I have them properly selected for sharing purposes. Help?!
