when i login to my phone to my pro 4 it says no device it was on my phone at first until i called the lady to lnvite my wife she told me to go to new device add her phone once we tried my camera stop working it kept telling us no device found we went thru the setting to set it up and it still would not work.

I'm having trouble understanding what you're saying. It seems that you had a Pro 4 on your account and then tried to invite your wife to be able to see it.
Is the camera still on your account or did you remove it at any point? If it's still on your account, do you see Library to view recordings or Feed? Your wife should see Feed so to share the camera, you also need Feed, not Library. The current apps support 2 different user interfaces (UI) so it's not an app problem. You would need to migrate your account by following this FAQ:

Once both of your accounts show Feed, the sharing will work. She will need to click on Home near the top of the screen and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so she needs to choose yours. Renaming Home can make it easy to determine which one to choose.
This all assumes the camera is still shown in your account. If it isn't and it isn't seen in your wife's account also, reset the camera using the following procedure and add it back to yours. The sharing will then work properly as long as both accounts see Feed.
