Hi All,

I ordered an Ultra 2 XL kit with x2 cameras and base station but it didn't perform as expected so requested a return and refund. However the customer service since then has been appalling. I received an email accepting my return but it stated "We have received your return request for the items listed below. You will shortly receive an email with a prepaid label which must be attached to the parcel for return." I never received the return label info despite emailing the support email account over 5 times without response, chatting to 2 support folks via chat and also raising a support ticket which was closed with no response. Order Number is GB0026385 @Arlo  please sort this out before I escalate it further. It should not be so difficult with so many blockers to return an item.
