No Callback after 36 hours for Disappearing Video of Trespasser

I've been waiting for a call back for Support Request for greater than 36 hours when the app original said 3 minutes, and then said 25 minutes. I shared the link of the video to my email, and then the video disappeared while I was swiping up, down, left or right. I did NOT delete any video.
Today I downloaded a couple of videos, and shared the links. I deleted an unrelated video, and one of the two videos I shared was deleted instead.
