Sine Arlo updated the app to 4.7.1 my partner cannot arm or disarm camera/ doorbell I have given her admin privileges but still no joy . Anyone any idea what to do , it will only let me the account hold arm them

There was an issue that some user were experiencing with previous versions of the app, but this has since been resolved. Be sure both you and your partner have the latest version of the Arlo Secure mobile app downloaded from the app store and test again. If you're still experiencing the same behavior, remove sharing and reinvite again and test to see if you still experience the same behavior.
