Unable to Access the Mobile APP on IOS & Android

Its a quite disappointing as  I have been using Arlo since 10 Years and now they are saying that there is some technical issue in my region and I am unable to access the Mobile APP on either IOS or Android.

It has been almost 03 Months now I have been chatting with the Arlo Support guys and they give me the same answer that there technical team is working on this and will resolve soon.

When I ask for a time frame they say they don't know.

 

Since I have all my cameras online and I would need the notifications during off duty I cannot get.

 

Very Disappointed with the Support.
