I now have 2 Arlo Hubs, each with 5 cameras added. One is older and without a subscription, the latest one is on a trial subscription. Each are on different phones with different accounts and logins (e-mail addresses) and passwords.
I'd like to combine the hubs on ONE phone app, but not sure if it would work because of the different logins?

First, the bases/hubs don't get subscriptions - the cameras do.
To combine them, you'd have to remove all devices from one login and then set them back up as if new on the other login. Depending on what all the cameras are and what you want from them, you may need a subscription to handle all of them. The ones on trial subs don't currently need anything - wait until the trials are over and then purchase an appropriate plan unless all of them are to have no subscription - your choice.
The alternative is to use Settings, Grant Access from one account to the other. Once that is set up fully, all cameras will show in one login. It's not the same as actually logging into each account with the shared account having some limitations but it's reasonably close.
