I have a new internet provider. I have tried everything and cannot get the camera to work.
I deleted the device from my account, factory reset the camera, tried to add it back (yes 2.4ghz service)
and it flashes blue but will not scan the QR code. Followed every step/trick for scanning (lighting, next to the router, brightness on my phone, etc.) It isn't easy to get help from Arlo directly. I am so frustrated!

Make sure that you are selecting the correct SSID and entering the new wifi password correctly when the app prompts you.
Also make sure that your phone/pc is connected to the same network when trying to onboard your Pro 4.

Thank you. I made sure I did all of these several times 😞
It just seems like the camera is not in the mode to scan the QR code

Is it getting to the chime? Or not that far?
Have you tried onboarding with a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?
