Customer service human to fix login issues?

Is there any human you can talk to in order to fix login issues? My husband set up an account to get text updates and Arlo changed the email without sending the verified email; so there is no way to get in. Need to talk to a human as the chat bot cannot help.

Do you know the email address for the account? What issue are you experiencing that is preventing you from logging in?
