Purchased a brand new pro 4 spotlight camera, brought it home for the “easy” setup, first had to figure out the I had to screen shot then zoom in on the QR code to get a chime, and now I can’t get passed the firmware update stage. Camera is recognized but status is OFFLINE. I’ve tried to remove and reinstall multiple times and still no change. I’m not new to tech setup. I just setup a cheaper Logitech Circle 2 for my sister and that was much easier than this. I bought this because I wanted the best and now I’m starting to regret my decision. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the reset procedure as found in the FAQ in the support section here? Hold the button for >10 seconds until the LED flashes amber and try again.
