Your base doesn't support viewing the local recordings in the app - you have to remove the USB storage, and connect it to a PC to view the local recordings.  

Have you done that (to confirm that the Pro 4 videos aren't saved there)?

Note your Pro 2 cameras have 7 days of free cloud storage, which the Pro 4 cameras don't have.

The Pro 4 cameras are paired with the base?

Are they recording to the cloud correctly?
