I have the arlo pro 4 cameras that I bought with the vbm 4540 Smart hub. After many tries, the smart hub will not connect to the internet nor does it show up on the devices listing
It of coarse does not find any of the cameras also

Are you seeing the base on your router's attached device list?
Have you tried adding it to your account from a PC browser (my.arlo.com) Or just the phone app?
