I have a Arlo Pro 4 camera registered to the cloud under an Arlo Secure subscription.
For some reason the camera will not detect motion, record video or send alerts/notification. The camera is “Armed”. Settings are pretty much default and no activity zones have been set up.
Both WiFi and internet are strong.
Looking for guidance….

Try creating a custom mode to see if that works. If not, I'd start by removing the camera from the account and adding it back in. Be sure to add it back to your subscription.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up deleting the camera, resetting it to factory and then reinstalling it. Works now.
