I’m trying to connect my Arlo Pro 4 (battery doesn’t charge, so connect to hard power with Arlo charging cord and block) to my system. Following app instructions, I connect the charger to camera and momentarily get blue light and then I start searching for it. Red led on left and right side of center light flashes on and off 2-4 times. It never finds the camera to connect. Is the camera bad or locked ( bought off EBay)? If locked to another account, how can you remove? Thanks

It sounds like a faulty camera. The red LEDs should only come on at nighttime when night vision is being used.
A camera on another account requires that the original owner remove it from his account - you can't do it.
